How it works
Open the recording page
rando.gg/record. This week’s game is already loaded, and the name sits across the top — which is the only place entries can be filmed.
Record yourself playing it
Screen record it, or point a second phone at the screen. Thirty seconds is plenty and it does not need editing. You do not have to show your face — the gameplay is the video.
Say it as well as show it
Filming the recording page puts the name on screen for you. Say “rando.gg” out loud too, or put it in the caption — that is the whole reason there is prize money.
Post the video publicly
On TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, tagged #randogg and #contest. It has to be public and stay up until judging, or we cannot watch it — and views only count while it is up.
Send us the link
Paste the link to your post in the form below. That is your entry — posting alone does not enter you.
What you win
- $100 as a gift card — best run on this week’s game. Your score has to be visible in the video.
- $50 as a gift card — most viewed video at the deadline. Nothing to do with skill, so a clip of you losing badly can take it.
- Both winners get their clip on the front page for the week.
- Under 18? You are still eligible. We email a parent or guardian, they confirm, and the gift card goes to them — so ask them first. We never ask you for a home address.
The rules, short version
- Free to enter. There is nothing to buy and buying nothing changes your odds.
- 13 or over, US only. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian confirms by email and the money goes to them.
- You are posting a video of yourself playing publicly on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube. It has to stay public until judging, or we cannot watch it.
- No face needed. A screen recording counts — but your score has to be on screen.
- It has to be filmed on rando.gg/record. The name is across the top of that page, so the video shows where the game came from without you doing anything. An entry recorded anywhere else cannot win. Say it out loud or caption it too.
- Tag it #randogg and #contest so people know it is an entry.
- One person can enter as many times as they like, but only wins once per round.
- No faked scores. We will check, and it is obvious.
The long version is on the official rules page, which is the one that counts.
